I love affirmations…. I love that we can ‘trick’ our minds into believing whatever it is we want it to think! How empowering!
We are not our minds we are our hearts. We are spirit! We are souls having a psychical experience.
So if we are not our bodies, and our minds our part of our bodies, than we are not what we think because our minds are part of our bodies. Instead, we can be anything that we want to be. We can create with sour spirit anything that we want…. I love that! It is so simple and so easy to do. We do it all the time but usually we fill ourselves up with negative thoughts based only on fear.
Affirmations work to knock out those fears.
Even if your mind does not believe it…your soul will resonate with it! It is love and truth and that is who you are! Not FEAR!
Start by saying:
I AM____________:
I am a beautiful creature from the divine light.
I am beautiful.
I create my own destiny!
I am LOVE and LIGHT!
I am LOVE and PEACE!
Peace and love flow through me.
I AM A ROCKSTAR!
These are some examples that I to say to myself. Even at first if I do not believe it, after saying it enough times, I begin to FEEL the vibration of what I am saying and before I know….I AM A ROCK STAR….in my own mind! J

I just wanted to say something to susanne that i felt all of her sadness and lonliness in her call and i could not stop crying myself while she was talking. Happy Wednesday Lisa,
I hoped to im you but your computer is not working so I thought I would try e-mailing you. I want to send you Lots of Light & Love. I promise that after all the tears & pain things will get better.
I missed you so much the last two weeks!! I was on vacation last week and everyday at 3:00pm I would think "Lisa is on the air & I wish I could find a way to listen." You always give me something new to think about and new tools that I can use in my life to expand my spiritual life. You may not always see it but you are a wonderful teacher & friend. I think of you as my soul sister!!!
